Users must use the app lawfully and responsibly. User Accounts & Access Accounts are created and managed by organization administrators Users are responsible for maintaining account security Unauthorized access or misuse is strictly prohibited Role-Based Access Control Access to features is determined by roles assigned by administrators Users can only access modules permitted to their role Data Responsibility Organizations are responsible for the accuracy and legality of data entered into the system, including contact details and notes. Notifications The app provides: Real-time notifications Scheduled task reminders Users may control notification preferences via device settings. Third-Party Redirections The app may redirect users to: Phone dialer Email apps WhatsApp Venago Innovations is not responsible for third-party app behavior or content. Intellectual Property All content, branding, features, and intellectual property related to Octawire CRM belong to Venago Innovations Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited. Service Availability While we strive for reliability, uninterrupted service is not guaranteed due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen issues.
