Attendance & Location Usage
Octawire HRMS may use location access for field attendance purposes wherever applicable.

Organizations may use location verification for field employees

Users are responsible for ensuring location permissions are enabled when required for attendance marking
The app does not continuously track users in the background unless explicitly required and permitted by organizational policies.
Data Responsibility
Organizations are responsible for the accuracy and legality of employee and operational data entered into the system, including attendance records, employee details, and notes.
