Application Usage

Octawire HRMS is designed for workforce and human resource management purposes, including attendance, leave management, employee tracking, tasks, and organizational operations.

Users must use the app lawfully and responsibly.

User Accounts & Access

• Accounts are created and managed by organization administrators

• Users are responsible for maintaining account security

• Unauthorized access or misuse is strictly prohibited
   

Role-Based Access Control

• Access to features is determined by roles assigned by administrators

• Users can only access modules permitted to their role
   

Attendance & Location Usage

Octawire HRMS may use location access for field attendance purposes wherever applicable.

• Location data is collected only during attendance-related actions such as check-in and check-out

• Organizations may use location verification for field employees

• Users are responsible for ensuring location permissions are enabled when required for attendance marking

The app does not continuously track users in the background unless explicitly required and permitted by organizational policies.
 

Data Responsibility

Organizations are responsible for the accuracy and legality of employee and operational data entered into the system, including attendance records, employee details, and notes.
 

Notifications

The app provides:

• Real-time notifications

• Scheduled reminders and alerts

Users may control notification preferences through device settings.
 

Third-Party Redirections

The app may redirect users to:

• Phone dialer

• Email applications

• WhatsApp

Venago Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for third-party app behavior or content.
 

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, features, and intellectual property related to Octawire HRMS belong to Venago Innovations Pvt. Ltd..

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
 

Service Availability

While we strive for reliability, uninterrupted service is not guaranteed due to maintenance, upgrades, network issues, or unforeseen technical problems.
 

Termination of Access

Access may be suspended or terminated if users violate these terms or misuse the platform.
 

Limitation of Liability

Octawire HRMS is provided “as is.” Venago Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for business losses, data misuse, attendance discrepancies caused by incorrect permissions, or unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.
